otherwise (the "Materials") on this website or send such Materials to Heineken by email or otherwise, Heineken shall be entitled to use,

You hereby indemnify and hold Heineken harmless from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, suffered, incurred or sustained

Severability
If these Terms of Use are or become partially void, the parties will continue to be bound by the remainder of the same. The parties
shall replace the void part be provisions that are valid and have legal effect that correspond with those of such void part as much as
possible, taking into account the content and the purport of these Terms of Use.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be exclusively governed by Law of the Netherlands. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms of Use,
including but not limited to disputes concerning the existence and validity thereof, shall be resolved by the competent courts of Amsterdam.

HEINEKEN STAR FINAL COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation
- A Participant can enter the Competition as often as they want to. Participation in this Competition is worldwide.
- Anyone who is in any way connected, directly or indirectly, with the organisation of this Competition is excluded from participation.
- Participants from all countries in the world are eligible to win the prize. Prizes per country may vary.
- Only persons above the Legal Purchasing Age or Legal Drinking Age per country are eligible to take part in the Competition.
- The Internet costs (or Internet connection costs) involved will be borne by the Participant.
- Participation does not involve any obligation to purchase Heineken products or any other obligation on the part of the Participant.
- The Competition runs from 16 February 2010 until 30 April 2010. The Organiser reserves the right at all times to change the Competition in the interim and/or to terminate it prematurely for reasons of its own, without the Participant being able to assert any rights against the Organiser. The Organiser furthermore reserves the right to adjust the rules of the Competition without giving prior notice to the Participant.
How to play
- The purpose of the Competition is take the tests and submit your Fiesta of Football suggestion.
- To win the Competition you have to submit the most original suggestion, which will be judged by an independent jury who will select the winner.
- It is not required for participants to finish the slogan, but necessary in order to qualify to win the prize.
Determining the winner; prizes
- The 5 most original suggestions win. The outcome of the Competition will be determined by The Organiser, by means of an independent jury, and cannot be disputed.
- Participants worldwide are eligible to win the prize. However, each Participant is only eligible to win the prize once during the term of the Competition as specified under section 8 of these Heineken Star Final Terms and Conditions.
- After the Participant has completed the Competition via the website, winners of a prize will be notified by e-mail after 30 April 2010.
- The prize is a trip to Brazil for you and a friend where Heineken will organize an event to watch the UEFA Champions League Final on May 22, 2010 together with other winners from other parts of the world.
- The trip will be from May 21 - May 23 and will be paid for by Heineken (including travel, hotel and programme on the 22nd of May (Saturday).
- Participants themselves are responsible for obtaining the required permits or other documents required to enter Brazil. Furthermore, Participants are responsible for having adequate insurance coverage (e.g. health, travel etc.) for the trip to, in and from Brazil.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or disqualify Participants at any time for any reason, including because of fraud or if the Participant has not reached the Legal Drinking Age or Legal Purchasing Age in their country of residence at the time of registering for the Competition, without the Participant being able to assert any rights against the Organiser.
Awarding of prizes
- Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or other prizes.
- A winner can submit a claim for the award of a prize within 72 hours of notification by phone or e-mail by the Organiser; all claims lapse in the event of failure to do this within the abovementioned timeframe.
- Prizes which,for any reason are not awarded remain the property of the Organiser. Any prizes that are declined revert to the Organiser.
Publication
- The Organiser reserves the right to request the winners of the Competition to cooperate in any form of publicity associated with the Competition, including the use of any film and photo material portraying the winner whereby the interests of the winner(s) will be reasonably taken into account.
- Winners will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for any such publicity or otherwise. All and any materials, including publicity materials, will be the sole property of the Organiser.
- If the Participant submits materials (whether consisting of text, images, photos, film or otherwise, the Organiser shall be entitled to use, copy and/or commercially exploit such materials to the fullest extent and free of charge. The Organiser shall not be bound by any confidentiality obligation in respect of such materials.
Claims
- No correspondence will be entered into concerning the results of the Competition.
Liability
- The Organiser is not responsible or liable for breakdowns in and/or errors in or relating to the Internet, one or more of the websites which is used in the course of offering the Competition, the (telephone, cable or any other relevant) network, software or hardware, or for any erroneous entry and/or processing of promotional codes. The Organiser excludes all liability in this respect.
- Neither the Organiser nor its servants or agents can be held liable at any time for actions arising from this Competition.
- In no circumstances can the Organiser be held liable for any loss or damage caused by or connected with this Competition or the prizes to be awarded by the Organiser or otherwise. All liabilities of the Organiser in connection with this Competition are excluded.
Concluding provisions
- Nothing in or relating to this Competition may be reproduced or published without the Organiser’s express consent.
- No rights can be derived from this Game or the results thereof.
- If these terms and conditions are or become partially void, the Organiser and the Participant will continue to be bound by the remainder of the same. - This Game is subject to the laws of the Netherlands and the Dutch Advertising Code for Alcoholic Beverages. All disputes in relation to this Game shall be resolved by the courts in The Hague, The Netherlands.
